The festival on Sunday 4 September runs from 10am to 4pm. With more than 60 stalls, travel the world in a day tasting fresh foods – from bush tucker to sushi; from spicy curries to Mediterranean cuisine; including local restaurant delicacies, vegetarian, fish and deli items, as well as sweet treats to go with morning coffee and afternoon tea.
Boutique beers and a big variety of Aussie wines add to the taste sensation.
Live music throughout the day, over 2 stages, includes something for everyone:
Coffs Drumline @ 9:40am
For those who arrive early, starting at 9:40am before the gates open at 10am, you will be treated to a fine display of precision drumming with stick juggling, throwing sticks drummer to drummer, interlaced drumming with multiple drummers, all done with movement and plenty of “wow”.
NiteBeat @ 10am
Julienne Mostyn & Warwick Gilbert play their unique blues and jazz.

Minnie Marks @ 10:30am
A Minnie Marks performance is like a pack of Fruit Tingles being thrown into a bottle of Coke. Her energy ignites you with quirky riffs running over the neck of her guitar whilst stomping vigorously to funky beats and catchy rhythms. She’s a 17 year old singer/songwriter/guitarist stunning audiences wherever she performs. It seemed music had been running through her veins ever since she was little and has now built up to an addiction. Her music is a melting pot of acoustic, rock, pop and alternative, winning the busking competition at Byron Bay Bluesfest April 2011.
Mick Boogaard @ 11am
Enjoy some laid back music before lunch
Delta Amp Blues @ 11:30am
A great little 'Memphis style' blues & boogie harmonica show.
Rob & Rob Jnr @ 12 noon
Relaxing sounds suited to a sunny Sunday afternoon
Wasabi @ 12:30pm
T-Roy & Rachel have been giging up & down the East Coast of NSW for the past 4 years…an organically pure acoustic duo with an eclectic array of sounds... it’s often hard to believe that it is just the two of them…a mix of roots, reggae, blues & soul.
Kim Banffy Band @ 1pm Kim is a local singer/songwriter who'll be playing her original blend of pop and folk together with her band. Her songs provide a buoyant, upbeat, toe-tapping ambience, with thoughtful, well-crafted lyrics for the careful listener.

Keogh @ 1:30pm
Keogh is a young musician from Emerald Beach who has been entertaining audiences for over three years. Creativity, inventiveness and craziness lead the way for Keogh who plays a healthy mixture of blues & roots, folk rock and funk using interesting guitars, yirdaki’s (didgeridoo’s), mouth harp, percussion and a strong deep voice. Sprinkle in a little wacky humor, and you have KEOGH!
Heart Tribe @ 2pm & 3:30pm
Heart Tribe is a powerful and unique band with spicy world and reggae flavours hailing from Bellingen, NSW. Their fresh sound, tight improvisatory style and unique tempo changes always keep their audiences on their toes. Their use of non-traditional instruments like slide didgeridoo, Middle-Eastern zither and Japanese bamboo flute makes them stand out from other reggae dance bands. Paired with soaring lyrics that move through themes of celebration, social criticism, and self-reflection, the Heart Tribe captures and enthralls, taking all their audiences on a fantastic journey.
Jesse Emmanuel @ 2:30pm
Jesse Emmanuel is a young singer/songwriter who has won over crowds, critics and awards alike. At the ripe age of 22, Jesse has already accomplished what most artists struggle to achieve in an entire career. Her debut single 'Don't Touch My Guitar' was a major Top 5 hit on national country music radio. Her latest single ‘This Town’ featuring Joe Robinson has climbed to #25 and is still climbing at time of print. In 2010 Jesse took home the coveted APRA award in the Australian music industry.
Jesse draws on her personal experiences to create music, not "country" or "pop" or "rock" hit songs that she thinks will fit on the radio but she is bringing her creative mash up of all 3 to mainstream country. Jesse plays rhythm guitar and also dabbles in keyboard and bass and other things...but she's no Tommy or Phil Emmanuel...this girl is a singer and a songwriter who just happens to have some of the best guitarists in the world on hand if she ever needs some accompaniment!
Phil & Jesse Emmanuel @ 3pm Phil Emmanuel is known as Australia’s Greatest Electric Guitar Player and has a resume of amazing performances with musical legends that any musical enthusiast would envy. 2000 saw him performing to a worldwide audience of 4.5 billion at the Closing Ceremony of the Sydney Olympics with brother Tommy, but it was the beginning of the ‘forgotten’ son’s return to the limelight and recognition that he so undeniably deserves. Phil Emmanuel is well & truly back in the Aussie music scene - believe the hype – this man has to be seen to be believed.
