Urunga Mylestom Chamber of Commerce (UMCC) is proud to represent both Community and Business interests on the eastern seaboard of the Bellingen Shire. These interests are wide-ranging, as indicated by our calendar of up-coming events, and the activities associated with the following logos:
Did you miss
on Sunday 18th January 2015??
Pity – perhaps next year…!!.
Urunga, Mylestom, Raleigh, Repton and North Beach are unique coastal villages situated in the beautiful Bellingen Shire, about halfway between Sydney and Brisbane and only 20 minutes south of Coffs Harbour Airport.
Our region is a favourite holiday destination for young and old, with a host of attractions, accommodation and facilities for visitors.

Featured Community Organisation
Urunga Public School
Urunga Public School was off to a great start in 2014. Enrolments had increased, which meant the school was able to remain a 9-teacher school. This not only benefits the children through smaller class sizes, but it also enables teachers to give their students more individual attention.
12 of the school leaders recently attended the Halogen Young Peoples Conference in Brisbane, where they joined up with 4500 other students from NSW and Queensland. They were inspired by many motivational speakers such as Wes Mannion, the new director of Steve Irwin’s Australia Zoo.
Of course, to support our activities, both the Chamber and the Community depend on wonderful Chamber and Event Sponsors.
The two- and four-sided URUNGA & Bellingen Shire brochures below were developed to assist locals and visitors alike, and include excellent maps.
They are downloadable as PDF files, and therefore printable. However, they are also available at many businesses in the local area.
[Not shown below is a Boating Map of the Bellinger and Kalang Rivers,
but there is an on-line version – also downloadable and printable.]
Enjoy the experience, and please tell your friends…!!
And there’s also the Boating Map of the
Bellinger and Kalang Rivers on-line.
